The Village, Leeton
The Village restaurant is busier than ever as it celebrates its first birthday. Owners Tracey and Joe Valenzisi are citrus growers who strive to ensure their menu is sourced as much as possible from local farmers and innovators. The succulent quail comes from Griffith, the pork from Murray Valley in Albury, and most other meats, including the in-demand duck, from around the region. The Village is known for bringing city lare, gourmet and colour to its plates, with wonderful combinations never failing to delight diners who can choose from dishes including Moroccan beef skewers, stuffed mussels, lamb shanks, oysters, chicken filo rolls, chilli lime squid, and glazed duck breast. Hot picks also include delectable waffles (inspired by a trip to Belgium), nacho pizzas (a permanent menu item as voted by guests!) and the scrumptious tapas offerings for special occasions.
Also featuring al fresco seating, The Village will be the ideal meeting point for family and friends during the spring and summer seasons.
