An opportunity to lease the transformed Royal Hotel saw dynamic duo Bradley Shaw and Jodie Kellett jump at the chance. Meticulously restored to its former glory, the iconic pub, restaurant and function venue ticked all the boxes for the couple to bring their passion and talent to West Wyalong.
At its core, The Royal Hotel offers everything you’d expect – cold beer, great food, and friendly service. However, Brad and Jodie have effortlessly blended the old with the new to deliver a more upmarket experience for locals and visitors alike.
Behind the bar, Brad has put together a refreshing mix of local and imported beers and wines, sure to quench any thirst. In the kitchen, Jodie and her team serve up fresh local produce with her signature sauces, flavours, and homemade stocks. The food embraces Hotel classics such as parmigiana and perfectly cooked steak, alongside dishes such as fresh barramundi, Atlantic salmon and calamari with a range of home-made desserts.
And if you need any more reason to visit, tucked to the side of the modern marble-like main bar, is a deluxe cafe, where you can feast on home-made cakes and muffins and your latte is made with Giancarlo Italian coffee and local Little Big Dairy Co milk.
