The Round-About Bakery, Temora

With an extensive variety of freshly made pies, pastries and breads, it’s no surprise that the Round-About Bakery is one of the busiest places in Temora.

Opened in 2001, local owner and qualified chef, Gary Hartwig was determined to create an atmosphere that would not only draw the locals, but ensure travellers would always return on their way through town. He knew that a friendly environment serving up fresh, great tasting food were the key ingredients to success.

Along with his wife and four children (who still don’t appreciate the midnight wake-up calls for work!), Gary has now extended his services to West Wyalong, with a third bakery in Forbes.

Having always worked in Temora, Gary hires local staff to create a personalised welcoming experience.
