Officially, Jamie describes his food as traditional French cuisine. But most people just call it fantastic. A menu that changes with the seasons, he serves up remarkable creations such as a mushroom, chestnut and ricotta rotolo, a sticky, rich beef shank that falls off the bone and potted plant dessert filled with crumbly raspberry ‘soil’.
